The State Employees Recreation Association (S.E.R.A.) is a non profit organization comprised of volunteers who, for the benefit of all Pennsylvania Commonwealth employees, active and retired, their family and friends, sponsor travel trips, one to three day excursions and trips for theatre and athletic events. S.E.R.A. is solely responsible for its own affairs and is completely independent of Pennsylvania state government.
